Recently, Fstort manufactured a mango washing and sorting line for a customer in the United States. In this mango line, The team of Fsosort make several breakthrough improvements in post-harvest processing technology.
The first breakthrough is the Hot Water Treatment System. To extend the shelf life of mangoes and enhance sterilization, the line is equipped with a hot water treatment device.This system includes a boiler, a water curtain cleaning unit and a water circulating system . Cpmpare to water sprayers, the water curtains ensure thorough surface coverage for each mango.By applying precise hot water treatment, mangoes can maintain freshness and quality for a significantly longer time.
The second breakthrough is the automatic sterilization and Dosing system.The sterilization section features a fully automatic chemical dosing device.An integrated sensor monitors the chemical concentration in the circulating water tank in real time.When the concentration falls below the required standard, the system automatically adds the necessary amount of chemical solution - ensuring consistent and effective sterilization throughout the process.
