The FstSort Lychee Roller Grader consists of two main parts: an Automatic Elevator and a Roller Grading Unit. The elevator operates fully automatically, utilizing a unique rotating roller mechanism to ensure even and gentle feeding of lychees. An accessible picking platform is mounted above for optional manual pre-sorting. The grading unit employs an advanced differential roller principle. Driven by bearings, the rollers move in parallel while the gap between them intelligently adjusts and gradually widens according to pre-set size specifications. Lychees naturally fall through the gaps at the precise moment, achieving accurate size-based sorting with minimal impact on the fruit.
