The FstSort Automatic Fill & Weigh Packing Machine is designed for high-speed, precise packaging of blueberries and other small delicate fruits into retail containers such as plastic punnets, clamshells, or baskets-with or without lids.
Featuring eight synchronized filling stations, the system ensures consistent portioning and rapid throughput. It is fully automated and highly adaptable, allowing for quick format changes to accommodate various package types. With a capacity of approximately 1 ton per hour, graded berries are gently conveyed via a food-grade belt into the weighing section, where each portion is accurately measured according to your preset weight, ranging from 125g to 10kg.
