Mandarin Washing Waxing Grading Line

The FstSort Mandarin washing waxing drying grading line consists of six components: an elevator, a high pressure brush washer, a polishing dryer, a waxing unit, a drying tunnel, and a roller grader.

Mandarin are loaded into the elevator and evenly lifted by rotating rollers into the high pressure brush washer for thorough cleaning. It then passes through the polishing dryer, where brushes remove surface moisture, proceeds into the waxing unit for uniform wax application, and move on to the drying tunnel for final drying.

The roller grader use a series of rotating drums with progressively larger circular holes. As Mandarin enter the grader, smaller fruit drop through the holes of the first drum into their respective discharge chutes, while larger fruit are carried forward by the drum's rotation to the next drum with a larger aperture, continuing the process until each fruit is sorted into its correct size grade.
