The FstSort Walnut Drum Sorting Machine is designed for efficient and precise walnut grading through a streamlined two-part system: an elevator and a a large grading drum.
Walnuts are first loaded into the elevator hopper, then channeled into the elevator chute and transported directly into the rotating drum. As the drum rotates at an incline, walnuts move forward smoothly. Customized holes in the stainless steel drum are tailored to specific grading sizes, enabling accurate and gradual sorting-from the smallest to the largest grades.
