This complete line efficiently performs a series of post-harvest processes-from thorough cleaning and polishing to protective waxing, drying, and precise grading-in one continuous operation. It is engineered for reliability, ease of use, and consistent output, making it an ideal solution for modern packing facilities.
How It Works:
- Feeding & Inspection: Fruit is fed via an automatic hopper and elevated to a roller inspection table for initial quality control.
- Cleaning & Polishing: A combination of brush washing, water spray, and brush polishing with air blowers removes dirt and residues, creating a clean, smooth surface.
- Waxing & Drying: A precise waxing unit applies a uniform protective coating, followed by efficient hot air drying to set the wax.
- Final Grading: Fruit is accurately sorted by size using a configurable grader (roller or drum type) tailored to the fruit's shape.
