The FstSort vegetable bubble washer uses a bottom-mounted blower to generate dense bubbles, creating a "boiling" water flow. This propels the vegetables through a 360-degree rotation within the trough, quickly removing surface dirt, dust, and impurities.
The bubble washer, combined with an overhead water spray system during lift and transport, effectively rinses away impurities from the vegetables. It provides a gentle, efficient, and continuous cleaning solution, simultaneously removing mud, pesticide residues, and sterilizing, ensuring minimal damage to the vegetables and zero production line downtime.
